Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns Policy :-

Our policy lasts for [3] days of the day you bought it. If more than [3] days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange of any kind. When the refund is authorized, we will process for a replacement or shipping of product within [2-3] business days and your new assurance that shall delivered with in 7 to 10 working Days. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to become eligible for a return or an exchange, if they do not pass these criteria, then they will have original packaging. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced products may be refund/ exchanged; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded / Return. Also, we replace only those items (based on an exchange request) which are found defective or damaged. Cancellation & Refund policy:-

This Cancelation Policy explains how to cancel and get refund of the purchased product /service in the Platform. In this situation, it is up to you whether the product will be refused on your doorstep. • Brendanbon will not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables etc. But the user may refund/ replacement if prove that quality of goods delivered are not good. • If you have received broken or faulty goods please notify our customer service team right away • Please also contact the courier/customer delivery agent and inform them of any damages to your order The Seller/ Merchant (who listed on the Platform) would entertain such request only after having checked & confirmed it at its end.
